Berry Producers Strategic Planning and Leadership Development workshops with Lauren Taylor - Part 2

A coach, mentor, facilitator and consultant who works with individuals, leaders, teams and businesses to achieve desired outcomes. Lauren Taylor is a Meta Dynamics™ trained coach who develops extraordinary teams and empowers individuals to take action and execute their goals with excellence.
Lauren is running two information sessions to support the Fruit Growers of Tasmania delivery of the MT18020 Berries Australia project. These sessions are designed for Business Owners and Managers.
The two sessions will focus on:
- Setting up sustainable structures to support you and your team – Critical Alignment Model™ of Business;
- Being able to delegate more effectively, knowing that your business is taken care of at all levels;
- Enhancing leadership and autonomy to stop micro-managing;
- Supporting middle managers to deal effectively with ever-changing staffing needs e.g. size, demographic, needs, demands etc.
