Fruit Growers Tasmania offers two types of membership: Grower Membership and Associate Membership.
Grower Membership
Grower Membership offers an array of benefits including:
- Fruit Growers Tasmania guidance and support and a common voice to government.
- Invites and networking opportunities – a chance to meet fellow growers and industry leaders.
- Member discount on Fruit Growers Tasmania industry seminars, workshops, conferences & MRL/water analysis.
- Inclusion on Fruit Growers Tasmania mailing list for regulatory requirements, events, R&D updates, market access and other relevant information.
- Access to ‘members only’ resources and information through the Fruit Growers Tasmania website member portal.
- Subscription to Fruit eNews – our regular e-newsletter that brings you news and articles from across the sectors and industry.
- Discounted advertising rates in the Fruit eNews.
- Voting rights – only members have voting rights at the Association’s AGM.
- Ability to nominate for the Fruit Growers Tasmania Board.
- Export Registration assistance, required for protocol countries.
- Corporate rates at Wrest Point, Country Club Tasmania and Country Club Villas.

Associate Membership
Associate Membership offers an array of benefits including:
- Promotion and industry visibility through the Fruit Growers Tasmania website on our Associate Members page.
- Inclusion on the Fruit Growers Tasmania member database for relevant mail outs / opportunities.
- Access to ‘members only’ resources and information through the Fruit Growers Tasmania website member portal.
- Associate members get notified first about sponsorship opportunities as well as discounted attendance fees for all Fruit Growers Tasmania events.
- Subscription to Fruit eNews – our regular e-newsletter that brings you news and articles from across the sectors and industry.
- Two free banner advertisements in Fruit eNews per year, plus discounted advertising rates for additional ads. Our eNews gets sent to our mailing list of approx. 720 people weekly.
- We follow all of our associate members on Facebook and like / share their content when relevant. Our Facebook page currently has over 3,700 followers.
- Corporate rates at Wrest Point, Country Club Tasmania and Country Club Villas.
