Freshcare 4.1 workshops

The Freshcare Food Safety & Quality Standard (FSQ4) has been updated to FSQ4.1 version to ensure ongoing market acceptance by retailers. Training will be provided in the new elements required by growers.

Participating businesses are required to transition over from FSQ4 to FSQ4.1 for their audit in 2020. Optimum Standard will be running regional workshops on 25-26 to assist growers, packers and other members of industry make the transition to Frescare 4.1. All audits from 1 January 2020 will be to the FSQ4.1 version.

Cost for the event $75 + GST per person, and includes training + handouts.
