Fruit Growers Tasmania will be holding its 30th annual Winter Conference at Launceston's Tailrace Centre on 14-16 June 2021. The conference program will feature an inspiring mix of leading national and international speakers providing information on the latest research findings, production techniques, emerging technologies and the current priorities and challenges relating to fruit production in Tasmania. There truly will be something for everyone.

Attendees will be able to:

  • Hear from national and international researchers, industry professionals and agrifood leaders.
  • Explore the latest commercial products and services available for use.
  • Network with leading industry suppliers and service providers.
  • Celebrate the milestones and achievements of the industry at Tasmania’s annual fruit industry awards dinner.

Attendees will be able to pay by credit card or request an invoice and can register for the full conference package or for each day separately and/or the industry awards dinner.

FGT is offering discounted prices for FGT members, with additional discounts available for full conference registrations and individuals booking for large groups. The registration fees include the Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST).

A range of sponsorship packages will be available, more information on the packages and how to book will be available soon. 

Trade exhibitors:

Trade exhibitors are once again invited to be a part of the conference. This is an exciting opportunity to connect growers, service providers and suppliers. Exhibitors wishing to be part of the conference should contact the FGT office. Get in early to avoid missing out because spaces are limited.

Industry Awards Dinner:

The 2021 Industry Awards Dinner will be held at Josef Chromy on Wednesday, 16 June. This event recognises the achievements of industry members and inducts new members into the industry Roll of Honour.
