Brought to you by the Fresh Produce Safety Centre (FPSC), the IFPSS returns to Sydney in 2026 with a dynamic, solutions-focused programme designed for growers, packers, researchers, regulators, food safety professionals and industry leaders committed to strengthening fresh produce safety across the supply chain.

Across two immersive days, the IFPSS26 programme is being developed to tackle the issues shaping fresh produce safety today, from water quality and microbiological risk management to emerging technologies and evolving food safety risks.
