Farming is a tough gig, and sometimes the pressure builds up.
With support from the Tas Farm Innovation Hub, Mary O’Brien is coming to Hobart and Launceston to help Tasmanian farmers and contractors "un-bog" their mental health.
This session bridges the gap between physical farm safety and mental well-being. From Mary’s relatable machinery analogies to a deep dive into the 'boots on the ground' support available, you’ll walk away with a 'first aid toolbelt' for your mind.
